We will need your name, address, phone number, email address, square footage of the property, the buyer's realtor's name and contact information, the listing realtor's name and contact information and whether or not all of the utilities are turned on.

We accept checks, cash and credit cards. If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged a credit card process fee.
A standard home inspections takes approximately 2 hours. The timing will depend on the size of the property being inspected. We will provide you with an estimated amount of time when you schedule your inspection.
You are not required to be present during the inspection. We do recommend, if possible, that you attend the inspection. You will gain additional insight to both the property and the inspection process.

Upon completion of the inspection report, you will receive an email providing you a username and password. You can utilize your username and password to access your inspection report by going to www.homegauge.com.
Your report is available for at least one year, and potentially longer. This is dependent on the system in which we create and store the reports.
